I had a pleasant experience at Face Therapy NI on Antrim Road. I made a telephone inquiry, after which I was given an appointment. The receptionist was extremely friendly and helpful. I scheduled a Botox treatment with Shauna, who carefully reviewed my consent form. When I mentioned that I was on antibiotics, she immediately advised me to wait until I completed my treatment. Her empathy was evident, and it was clear that customer care was a top priority for her, especially considering her previous experience in A&E. I was rescheduled for the following week, and today I received the treatment. I want to emphasise that Shauna is exceptional in her professional work. Throughout the procedure, she consistently checked in to see if I was okay, which made the experience much more comfortable. I had no issues with the treatment and was pleasantly surprised by how gentle it was. In contrast to my prior experiences with other establishments, the quality of service at Face Therapy NI is outstanding. The commercial premises on Antrim Road are nothing short of first class, with pleasant decor that is well presented.

Exceptional salon and customer service, Danielle was there to welcome me and straight away offered me a coffee the second I walked through the door, she was extremely professional and made sure I was well looked after and comfortable until I was handed over to Francis. This was my first time having an in-depth skin consultation and I loved it. She was very professional and would communicate and explain to me what she was going to do. I felt so relaxed and really enjoyed my facial with her. I learned about my individual skin and left feeling very refreshed for a Sunday morning. My skin felt great after and I loved it that much that I have booked another one for next week. All the girls were very friendly and made me feel very at ease, i was very impressed with the attention and care I received from both Danielle and Francis. I can’t recommend this place highly enough. The staff and surroundings are so nice. Everyone is so welcoming. I appreciate the analysis and the advice of keeping the skin looking good. Every staff member is so nice. I recommend all my friends to visit here as they really do care and help you find desired results! All the girls are fab but I particularly like KateI like how she recommends what you need and talks you through everything.
