It was a very relaxing experience. Kellie is very good at analysing your skin and making recommendations.
Had back, neck and shoulder massage with Kelly which left me in agony the following day and finding it difficult to walk any distance. The massage i wanted was the upper back and neck and not my lower back, which she worked on with very firm pressure. I am 75 yrs old with not a lot of muscle and the massage did not cater for this. The reason i had a massage was due to stiffness in my neck and shoulders after an 11hr drive to Ireland from Somerset. I’m now having to do the journey back in a worse state. I’m taking Ibuprofen and paracetamol which helps temporarily. As a practicing ITEC therapist for many years (now retired) I do understand anatomy and each individual needs - this I feel was overlooked in the need to get a quick (25 mins) massage done.

Felt incredibly relaxed and well-looked after at Medi-Cosmetic. Abbie made me feel at ease and was incredibly professional throughout my spray tan. Her confidence and kind words were reassuring and I actually enjoyed what could have been an uncomfortable experience. She also did my gel nails beautifully. Everyone seemed to work well as a team and the whole atmosphere was perfect for a bit of self-care time. Highly recommend for anyone looking for professional skin care or cosmetic advice and therapy.
I had the geneo 4-in-1 super facial with Frances. It was so lovely and relaxing. Frances was brilliant, really lovely and down to earth and very professional. My skin looks firmer, tighter and brighter. I would definitely have it again.
