I call this company and they send a cleaner to clean small kitchen and bathroom. Cleaner was late 15 min and after 1 hour carpets guy go there to put the carpet in bedroom. CLEANER SHE LEFT AND I RECEIVED A CALL FOR THE CARPET GUYS to tell me the cleaner left and she don't do the cleaning. I call the company and they told me to wait to check if the cleaner is there. After i wait they told me she left because is construction inside and they will cancel the cleaning and they will charge me £30 for cancelling. I will never recommend this

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. Very unprofessional. This company sent somone who I dont even believe is a professional windows cleaner. I showed him what needed to be done and he refused even though it was clear what was asked when making the booking. I then called the company to try and get the matter resolved and by the time I got off the phone the guy had just left without telling us. I wouldn't even rate this company 1 star! I called the company back.. was told that the manager doesn't deal with customers and told that they cancelled the job. Do not use
