    If I could give a zero stars I would! We arrived at the salon on Saturday, the 25th of October at 10:45. I was expecting the children to be greeted with a cocktail tree, robes and hairbands. When we arrived, we were taken upstairs to the hot tub area, to find adult robes were left out for the children. When the kids got into the hot tub they noticed a yellow waxy substance around the water edge and saw bits of dirt floating around the water. We were told we could use the Alexa to play music. Unfortunately, it wasn’t working, and I had to go downstairs to ask for assistance. Another Alexa was brought up and worked fine after that. Around 20–30 minutes later, the children asked for drinks when I remembered that drinks were meant to be included, yet none had been provided. Again, I had to go downstairs to request the drinks. A jug of diluted and four plastic cups were provided. At this point, I still hadn’t been informed of the schedule or what would happen next, so I went back downstairs to ask. I was told the children would be split into two groups of two for their treatments. I asked if they could at least do their manicures and pedicures together, as there were only four children, and was told that this would be fine. The staff member who I was speaking to mixed up the times and told me to come down at 1 p.m. When I replied that it seemed too long to stay in the hot tub, she realised her mistake and corrected it to 12 p.m. It was already 11:45, so I immediately got the kids ready and came down. However, when we later went downstairs, the manager (who had not been present earlier) suddenly told us two children would do facials and two would do manicures instead, stating that it was because we had “come down late.” I explained that we had already agreed otherwise with the staff, but she refused to listen and repeatedly said it was “policy.” Bare in mind the Spa was empty, we were the only customers there at that time and there were 5 or 6 staff members there. So, I could not comprehend why she needed to separate them. I showed her photos of another relative’s party held at the salon the previous week, where four children were able to do their manicures and pedicures together, but she became defensive, called someone, and then asked me to leave. I have never been asked to leave an establishment before and was deeply shocked and upset, particularly in front of my daughters and their friends. I attempted to defuse the situation by saying the children could be split for the treatments, but the manager refused to proceed. The whole situation was handled very poorly, unprofessionally, and I felt I was not treated as a valued customer. When I booked, I was clearly told that all four children could have their treatments together and that four beds would fit in one room. When I told her that, she said 4 beds would never fit in the room accusing me of lying. This was my key reason for choosing Linhol Spa. Even if circumstances changed and for some reason, a small group of four, had to be spilt up I think I should have been notified beforehand. The other staff members were very polite and helped when I asked. But when the manager was present they seemed afraid to speak up.

    Had a Japanese Head Spa and full body massage with Emma-Jane. Absolutely amazing experience from start to finish. Emma-Jane was fantastic, so attentive, knowledgeable and excellent at her job. I left feeling amazing. Can not recommend enough, the service, surroundings and treatments were amazing from start to finish. So reasonably priced and I will 100% be back. 5 stars isn’t enough if I could give 10 stars I would. So many different treatments available, including a relaxation room to chill out after your treatments and even a hot tub. I feel absolutely amazing after it. Thanks Emma-Jane you are fantastic at your job.

    Very unprofessional and unfriendly from the second I walked into the salon. BIAB removal and reapplication took longer than my usual salon and was to an absolutely awful standard - nails an uneven length and shape, gel bumpy and lumpy, even leftover red polish remaining from my last set. Within days they have started catching/peeling at the sides and corners too.

    Booked in for pedicure, and upgraded to gel polish as a treat with my sister, costing £70 in total! Not relaxing at all. Left with gel that has bubbled, which the technician would have seen when doing the set! The tools were being interchangeable used between me and my sister (cuticle drill) with no cleaning, technicians were lifting nail files off random benches with no cleaning. Staff were making faces/negative comments about doing a clients nail that had come in while doing mine. Not a nice environment at all, especially when it’s meant to be a relaxing treat. I have raised this complaint via chat regarding standard of polish and hygiene issues. They confirmed refund but then only gave £10. Had to reach out again and they responded saying they reviewed and think the pedicure was to their normal standard which is shocking to even say when you can see the quality in the pic attached! And because of this they only refunded £10 as a gesture of goodwill, which isn’t even enough to cover a removal. Can now see from google reviews that other customers have received infections from similar services that required antibiotics and hospital trips. Would avoid at all costs!

    Booked this for 3 off us (2 of us are beauty therapists) we had the most terrible experience ever, threw into a room for 20 mins no music ect then brought out to pedicure chairs for 20 mins (my therapist run to the shop to get melon) and all at different times which was also so strange as it was booked for the experience together? no customer service skills at all or even trying to interact with the client, for the price we expected to get what we had booked a deluxe pedicure with maybe even a glass of bubbles but nope we could not even rate this it was so bad, I also contacted them through instagram where I had originally booked my appointment and they read it and did not even reply this in itself tells you how this so called beauty salon is run, and to be honest the Girls didn’t have a clue, no consultation forms filled in or anything and asking each other questions like they didn’t know what they where doing, I’m not even sure they where qualified and one wasn't even in uniform! The most unprofessional and poorly run salon/spa I have even been to, take your money somewhere else if you’re thinking off here! blush is beautiful in Lisburn so professional clean friendly and a proper experience of what a deluxe pedicure treatment should be! Avoid
