This Morning I booked appointment for myself and my toddler. The person on the phone said they take toddlers. I, my toddler and his daddy reached there on time. We were asked to wait for the hairdresser who was finishing her previous job, which is okay. Then they took me for colour and cut. During this I asked atleast 5 people of they will take my toddler for hair cut. They said they will check and let me know. Unfortunately nobody confirmed and my husband left the salon with my toddler as little man was tired of waiting. My little man was very disappointed as we left house with excitement of getting haircut but nobody at Jazz bothered about taking him or they didn’t tell us that they are busy and can’t take him. Very unprofessional service. I will have to stop going to them as hairdresser who coloured my hair dyed my skin and forehead too. It was so difficult to take it off.

Absolutely amazing service from start to finish .. stumbled across these guys very recently very friendly staff everyone so welcoming .. John done amazing on my hair colour which I thought was impossible but he worked his magic ... Highly recommended
My two children get their haircut here with Janine, and she does a wonderful job at a very reasonable price.
I've been using Jazz hair for years now. The staff are very friendly and they always do a great job. I also take my son to get his hair cut here as well, they are excellent with kids.
