Fantastic and helpful staff, who certainly know their stuff. Love the atmosphere and decor, and the massaging chairs while getting your hair washed are a really lovely touch. Only bad thing is there are a lot of stairs up, so if like me you have mobility issues it is difficult and so unfortunate.
