   Just purchased around 12 tubes of sealant. No box to carry them in and didn't offer to sell or lend you a bag to get to your car. Dropped some on the floor with damage. Going somewhere else with better customer service next time

   Always been good. Very seldom that items are not in stocks and so far no more than two days for items not in stock. Helpful friendly staff. Good prices and good quality products. Screwfix are really the first place choice for all my DIY needs.

   I had to make two visits to the same store to collect my order that I was told was ready. On first visit only half the order was available. Next day went again and they clearly didn't know what was outstanding but eventually gave the rest except one item which they needed to give a refund. To add to this I only chose this store instead of one of the three closer to me as this store was the only one with one of the items in stock. What a waste of my time.

   I use this place regularly for tools and materials for doing most household jobs. They dont just sell to the trade they are here for everyone. Prices are very good, try them first before other retailors. Staff I find are always helpful. Take one of their catalogs with you for reference or their app on line which I feel is even better. Screwfix plumbing is seperate and next door
