    Had an emergency appointment with Muntasir arranged by NHS 111. Cannot thank everyone there enough. I was seen the same day. I have a crippling phobia of dental treatment, the fear was only exceeded by the pain I was in. I was treated calmly and kindly and with respect and enabled to have a wisdom tooth extracted there and then. This is the first time I've received any kind of dental treatment without sedation since childhood due to previous trauma. It was obviously not a "fun" experience but the people there made it manageable and affordable. Thank you doesn't cover it

    I don’t recommend in fact I would tell people to avoid this practice. Their attitude is in fact probably a ruse to cut the numbers needing appointments. Receptionists were grumpy, rude, unhelpful and very odd, after I rang in in Dental Pain. they had the nerve to let ‘Patient Support’ know how they felt about talking to me, as a neurodivergant person who is friendly, patient and polite. This particular day these two Receptionists decided to make me feel uncomfortable with their manner baring in mind, no shouting, swearing, or rudeness was aimed toward them just direct clear communication and apparently they decided to take a disliking, at one point they nearly put the phone down on me. I had needed this appointment for months only to be let down by My Dentist-South Brent. The manager Nicola, doesn’t support patients either it seems. So good luck getting anywhere If you make a complaint about this badly run terrible Dental Practice .Seems very dated. Not to mention discriminatory and off putting. I’ve gotten too many lengthy emails from Nicola which were unnecessary when a quick apology would of sufficed. Seems like they all like the sound of their own opinions and are intolerant and unprofessional. Do better My Dentist cause some day you’ll come across someone who is really rude and won’t know how to cope!

    Visited this practice today for my yearly check up and thankfully didn't require any treatment as I couldn't believe the price increases. You have to pay in advance for your appointment. The check up today which I paid for one year ago was £49. I've just paid for my next one (in a year's time) and the price has gone up to a staggering £88. It seems an extremely high price increase. Unfortunately it's virtually impossible to get an NHS dentist so the private practices can charge whatever they like. On the plus side I saw Jacob who I've seen for the last two years. He is extremely kind, gentle and polite and explains everything to you but if the prices continue to rise at such a rate I'll be looking elsewhere in the future.

    Muntasir and his team were friendly, professional and amazing. Explained everything, walked me through every step of my treatment, and answered all my questions. They even took the time to consult with a senior to ensure everything was perfect, which made me very comfortable. Really put my anxiety at ease, and I felt like I received the best care possible. Best dentist I've ever had, and would highly recommend.

    Had an emergency extraction performed by Robyn and Monty. Some of the friendliest, most professional and reassuring staff members I could've asked for! They made what would've been quite a daunting procedure feel like a walk in the park. Very nice and clean environment, the procedure went very smoothly, and there was a good post-treatment guide with included resources. Excellent dentistry performed by two lovely individuals!

    My daughter required 4 fillings, she was booked in appointments with Ellie and for the first 2 coped well without an injection and was explained everything every step of the way taking it at her time. For the 2nd 2 she required injections this was a traumatic experience for us all and took a lot of patience but after a long 30 mins she finally agreed. I cannot that both Robyn and Lindsey enough for both being amazing with her and even going through it them selves to put her mind at ease. We cannot thank Ellie, Robyn & Lindsey enough for their kind and caring nature.

    I have always found the staff at the practice really good. Chrissy on reception is always cheerful and helpful and the dentists are equally good.

    Had some bad experiences with admin side with all my appts being delayed or cancelled by mydentist in the past (which has improved) and you do get a terrible wait time if nhs patient (I suspect this is across a lot of dentists so I can’t blame them entirely), however the staff are always polite and happy. I see Aderonke and becci who are professional, fast but without rushing and do a great job

    I believe I had Ellie who is a new hygienist at the practise as so the receptionist said. She was the most incredible hygienist I have ever had. Ellie was so informative in regards to preventative measures and cleaned my teeth to a standard no other hygienist has. Obviously it’s not a nice experience going to the dentist but the treatment I received was 5* and I felt incredibly lucky to have someone that genuinely cares about the health of my mouth while in the current dental situation going on in the South West. I cannot recommend the service enough. I have been unable to get a NHS dentist in the South West and I paid £80 for reference still more than NHS but worth the money

    I would not recommend it to anyone. I feel I have been robbed . I wanna say that the receptionist was really nice and understanding and I feel for her . Always demanding money in advance full cost of treatment ( not on nhs btw ) before giving any availability. There are better dentist out there who actually treat customers with respect
