I have been going to Liza at Moore dental care for around 15 years my kids are also patients, Liza is great and it’s been reassuring for my kids to get to know the same dentist each time they go. From reception right through, the team there are lovely. Warm, friendly, professional and efficient. Today I had a filling not my favourite! My wife and I have found that almost without exception we have been treated promptly, efficiently and professionally. Only on one occasion have we had cause to query the treatment we have received. In contrast with that, on an occasion during the height of the pandemic a lengthy root canal treatment was carried out with impeccable care in testing circumstances (the dentist having to wear full protective equipment). I was consumed with admiration. The reception staff have always proved to be friendly, welcoming and helpful.
I have been with this clinic for a long time, my dentist I have my treatment with has always had a professional approach to sorting out any problems, as soon as you go through the door they're receptionist has always greeted you with a pleasant service.
It's the sort of place where it takes you 2+ months to be seen, to then be told that you need a filling (which you knew already) and are required to re-book, which then takes another 2 months. I've never been to a place so backward in all my life.
