   Staff are great shame they put the price up so much in one year that you can’t afford to go not that I could afford to go anyway I’m entitled to free NHS care but we all know what the waiting list is round here. I was just about affording a dental clean to try and keep my teeth they were £88 gone up to £100 in a year yet my wages went up by 2%. You can’t make it up absolute greedy so-and-so. Back to square one for me!!! Disgusting service in an abysmal country absolutely falling apart, but this just shows exactly how disgusting it is. Free health care yea right!!!

   So i rang up yesterday to see if I could get a filling checked over. Only to be told that that the dentist who saw me last time has now gone private. They do have NHS dentists that work there, but apparently you're assigned your own dentist up there. So she could see me, but I'd have to pay privately. Well I could pay privately any where. So after being put on a waiting list for 2 years, and finally getting a dentist, I have to start all over again. I never even had a letter or a phone call telling me this was happening.

   Was an NHS patient in 2019, supposedly you are attached to a specific dentist not the practice so when they left I was no longer registered with them. No contact from them to tell me this has happened so when it comes to needing an emergency appointment they get to just shrug thier shoulders at it.

   I rang to make an appointment for my husband and myself, to find we have been de-registered, due to not coming. We hadn't been because when we rang to make an appointment, they said they hadn't got a replacement dentist, as our dentist had left, so I rang about six months later to be told, they were expecting someone, but they hadn't got a replacement yet. They said they would write to us, but the only letter we got was for a hygienist. Then we had lockdown, so we never went as we had no problems, and thought that people with urgent requirements were more important, than us going for a check-up, as well as I am on immune suppressants, and I certainly didn't want to put myself in any extra danger. About a month ago, my husband's tooth broke, so I rang the dentist to make an appointment for my husband and myself, we are now both double Covid jabbed. Upon ringing the receptionist she told us we had been de-registered, due to not coming for three years! It's totally unbelievable! We were however offered an £80 hygienist private appointment.

   Wife moved from over an hour away and is still travelling to another my dentist site. This dentist is showing as spaces available but refused to transfer as NHS patient but if happy to accept if want to pay private. Existing customer poor service
