   Abi was amazing this evening. Our bathroom light went at 7pm and I placed a click and collect to get a quick replacement but I ordered the wrong one....I returned to the store 10 minutes before they were due to close and Abi was more than happy to help! Thank you so much!

   Went in to Bingham Screwfix on Thursday needing a simple circuit breaker. The e-catalogue showed Screwfix sell 98 different types of them. None were in stock (strange), so I paid for one for next day delivery. It didn't arrive the next day and I was met by casual indifference from the staff. They didn't bother to try and source it from another supplier, or help in any way shape or form. Nor could they get any of the 97 other types stocked which would have worked for me. I then got a phone call to confirm they couldn't get it. So why take my money? Why even advertise it? The lady on the phone also said she wouldn't give me a refund, until a manager intervened and said they would. This is why I usually use Toolstation. There's one a few miles away in Newark and they've never let me down in years. The address is Unit 2, Grosvenor Court, Brunel Dr, Newark NG24 2DZ.

   I visited once only to this place. Google took me and said arrived at the destination on the main road, but carry on driving further ahead and it’s on the right hand side round the corner. You will see a sign. Staffs will greet you with big smile and they will notice you as you enter. They will tell you if they busy and serve you straight away after that. One of the gentleman who works there was really good, he helped me to put the item up to my car boot all the way to outside. I really appreciate his work. It was indeed heavy item. I thanked him a lot. I did tell him that I will leave review.

   Just been in with an 'emergency' job and I cant tell you have fabulous the customer service is here. Helped by a super bloke who helped me to find the correct screw solution for a vintage chair. He put the seat pad on for me, regardless of me not purchasing any screws. Made my day. Highly recommend this place,

   The professional customer care I recieved this afternoon by Lisa and Tori was exceptional! Completely went above and beyond to help me out and left me feeling so happy, it's really nice to know that customer service isn't dead when it comes to these two incredible employers of screwfix! Pay rise should certainly be on the cards, Bingham Screwfix wouldn't be the same without these ladies! Thank you!

   Always a great, efficient and friendly service from Screwfix Bingham. I needed a tyre pump for a car’s flat tyre and I arrived at 8pm as they locked the door (they close at 8). They didn’t complain and kindly unlocked the door to get the item for me - I appreciate this would have been frustrating as they want to get home but there were no complaints and provided the usual great service.
