    I'm very disappointed because they completely ruined my hair by bleaching it. It looks like it was burnt by the bleach. It broke off in several places. When I complained they said it had been a long time since I had it done. I have quite a few hairs broken off now. I reported it to them because of this. But they didn't care. Thank you so much for letting me cut my hair completely short because of them! I am very disappointed.
