Disappointed with lisburn road branch. I normally attend the ballyhackamore branch (great salon and super friendly staff) but decided to come here as it was closer. The Stylist was blunt and barely spoke. My hair is tangled, conditioner was used but no detangling spray, and it hurt when she combed it. The stylist asked if i was okay with the student blow drying my hair, I agreed to this. During the blow-dry my hair kept getting caught in and pulled by the brush several times and it didn’t look professionally blow dried at all. No heat protectant or serum was used, she then ran the straighteners through a little. Left with frizzy hair; could’ve done better at home. Won’t return to this branch.

These are the rudest hairdressers in Belfast. I've used them a lot over the years, putting up with the shocking rudeness for the convenience of a walk in service. No longer. I've had a death in the family and needed to attend to my hair for the funeral. With only 2 customers and 2 stylists (one who, like me, only required a blow dry) I was told it would be an hour and a half wait, which would be half five, which would be too late. I explained my circumstances and it made no difference. I've had it with this place. Someone needs to train them how to show basic courtesy, even if they can't provide the service.

Thankyou Holly / Hollie, I landed in on you this afternoon , with a 10 year old , armed with a photograph of how she wanted to look with ‘big bangs ‘ totally unsuitable, But she wasn’t going to listen to her grandmother, LOL. So the lovely Holly talked her through it, explained why maybe wouldn’t just be suitable, and what she thought the best way to do it., result , one happy girl !

I have tried this branch twice, they advertise as no appointment necessary. I arrived several hours before their advertised closing time. On both occasions the salon appeared quiet with no queue. Each time I was rudely dismissed and told "not today". I will not make a third attempt to spend my money in this establishment. Their customer service leaves a lot to be desired. If I could leave this review with zero stars I would.

First of all, this is the only hairdressers that give me a haircut I like and can do what I ask for. They're also incredibly cheap in comparison to other places (for a short haircut). However, the staff can be a bit rough with your hair and scalp, and usually leave me feeling a bit raw + manhandled lol. There was a long wait for a walk-in last time I went, but appointments are usually easy enough to get if you aren't willing to wait. There was another customer vaping in the waiting area, though staff may not have noticed this.

The stylist just insulted and laughed at my hair which was done by someone else in front of many other customers, very unprofessional to be honest bully tactics. No social distance between customers and no mask worn by the stylist place was stuffy and unclean looking.

THE WORST SERVICE EVER. the staff there are so harsh with your hair. The manager is not professional or polite. I asked to get a quick trim and she yells at me because I didn't understand what she meant. They don't seem to have great service there and if you want to be treated like a human don't go there. I've been put off going to the hair dressers because of them.
