   Karen genuinely understands Asian hair. I spent so long trying to find the right hairdresser, and Karen is honestly exceptional. She really listens to what I want and gives honest advice that always works out. Her standards are always high, no matter how busy she is, and her attention to detail is amazing. She is a colour expert with over 20 years of experience, and my colour always turns out beautifully. She is the only person I trust with my hair, and I have never been disappointed. Highly recommended.

   I had an appointment for a cut and root colour. KD refused to cut the layers into my hair that I wanted, to make it fuller and softer. She cut it with minimal layers and not how I wanted it. She also coloured it, and left it too dark. I had to spend more money to get the colour I asked for and I will find another hairdresser to cut my hair how I want it. The customer should only pay for what they want, not what the hairdresser is happy doing. I'll never go back here again.

   I have been going to KDCM hair since they opened. Karen has been doing my hair for many years now. She is fantastic, her colouring skills are incredible and always cuts my hair to perfection. I just love the atmosphere of the salon. Fitted out to such a high standard. The girls use only the best products. Would highly recommend.
