   I sat and waited for almost an hour and a half for a hair cut. I eventually got one in the end, but they absolutely butchered my hair the day before my school formal! I told the guy not to touch the top because I like it messy. He literally took half of it off and made it look so uneven. I honestly wouldn’t have cared if it had been any other time, but I think this bad review is justified…

Suat always does an amazing job and all the staff are extremely friendly! Would highly recommend! Also like the fact that there is a booking system now!

   Got a hair cut eventually. They have a very bad system where appointments take preference over walk ins. Not knowing the place I walked in and sat down with 6 people in front of me but there was about 5 appointments who walked in also. During my90 minute wait 2people left.Had I known it was going to take as long I wouldn't have waited the problem is you don't know how many appointments are in front of you N o matter what system you work we are all customers and deserve to be treated better than being cast aside. It would be better for the company to either go appointments only or do away with appointments and have walk ins would be a fairer system.I felt that I was unfairly treated having wait so long.
