    Today was my 1st time attending luxe male groomers with my son for the ASD session to see Jay & all i can say is WOW! What a fantastic experience we had. My son normally kicks & screams & it's normally a struggle to even get him sat on the seat. Jay was so friendly, welcoming & my son had the best experience! Other than a few tears we really had a very positive experience & I am so thankful for this. We will most definitely be returning and I cannot recommend this place enough to people!

    We tried out Jay's ASD service today and I can't recommend the service enough. My toddler has sensory issues - haircuts are normally overwhelming. Jay naturally understood what level of interaction was needed with him - when to stop, when to distract, when to congratulate him. No frustration at all, very chilled. We ended up with a great cut and my son was kept really happy throughout. 100% recommend.

    I can’t recommend jay/emma/luxe grooming enough! I have two autistic children. A teenage girl with functioning autism, and has severe communication difficulties, and sensory processing disorder. My 3yr old son has profound autism and gdd and sensory processing disorder. Obviously they have both had has severe issues with any type of hair cuts. I was at my wits end, especially out my son who has never allowed anyone to touch his head. Finding jay was a huge blessing! We’ve been going for 3 months now and the way they have been treated is exceptional. The patience shown towards them is so heart warming, and being in an environment where they aren’t judged and are treated so special is something I love. The patience and care towards my children is so much more than I expected and I can’t thank jay enough for making this such an amazing environment for myself and my children. He understands the children, and understands these children in such a special way. I would highly recommend them to anyone, especially the parents of Sen children!
