    I’ve been getting my hair cut by Jack Hoy for over a year now and it was the best decision to switch to Dean Samuel’s to get my haircut. Every time it’s been perfect and Jack especially has such a good attention to detail that it makes a really big difference in my hair. The overall customer service is great too and I actually enjoy going to get my haircut now, a great barbers and definitely worth the money.

    I took my nephew to Dean Samuel’s today, Tuesday, September 30th, 2025, for a haircut—which can be quite the adventure getting him to sit still! But when he heard it was Dean Samuel, he was over the moon! I managed to snag an appointment through the near cut app super easily, no problems at all. I booked with Ollie, and as soon as we arrived, my nephew was whisked away to the chair. Ollie asked what kind of haircut he wanted and even did a little lightning bolt design in his hair. Ollie chatted with my nephew while he got his haircut, and he was so relaxed. Ollie was super thorough and had his haircut in no time. My nephew was absolutely thrilled with his new look and couldn’t wait to show his mum. A massive thank you to Ollie for today!     I googled beard maintenance Newtownabbey area, Dean Samuels came up. I popped in on the off chance to see if I could get my beard trimmed. Luckily enough another barber arrived and trimmed it for me as the other staff where booked up with appointments, he did a great job and I would highly recommend the shop for getting a tidy up. Sorry I didn't get the young lads name, but next time I'll book an appointment first

Straight away, he made an effort to have a bit of a chat with both me and my son, checking in throughout to make sure my son was happy with everything. My son fancied a different style, so we left it in Jude’s hands and I’m glad we did! The result was spot on, and my son was buzzing with the cut.
