After years of dealing with Tom at Pochin at Long Eaton branch I can thoroughly recommend. He goes the extra mile and is a shining example of excellent customer service!

We were looking for plumbing supplies on Good Friday to repair a toilet, came across Pochins on an Internet search, they were really helpful at both the Long Eaton and Loughborough branches. Spoke to Long Eaton on the phone and what we needed wasn't in stock there but they checked their other branches for us and found what we needed at Loughborough. Excellent, friendly, helpful service.
The best. Superb and knowledgeable staff. You deal with people here not machines. Friendly and always willing to go the extra mile. Why queue three times in screwfix when you can actually deal with somebody who knows the products they sell
Very good, staff are excellent and prices cheaper than anywhere else. If you want the proper gear go here instead of the likes of Screwfix its cheaper too! Amongst other things ive now been supplied with a quality cheap gloss white plastic bath panel which i cut to size just as they recommended. They even delivered it the next working day for free as well, amazing.
Really helpful and friendly staff, would highly recommend. We went to screwfix first who were very little help, we found this place on Google maps and I'm glad we went there, the staff member suggested repairing the part we were wanting to replace instead of trying to hunt down a whole new unit which was a very old model. The repair worked perfectly and cost us less than £2 rather than £20+
