   Went in to the store and was served by Claire Jackson, very helpful, i explained what i needed and she was very helpful. I got what I needed very quickly and also managed to open an account in minutes. Nice to know you can get there quickly, the trade counter is open and helpful and you can walk out without issue.

   I've shopped here several times for a variety of things from safety boots to trousers, socks, jackets and tops. The only thing that lets it down is its opening hours... People in construction are at work during the day! Needs to be open in the evenings and a Saturday to be more beneficial. Yes, this is worth making it 4/5 not the full 5. I now understand the Saturday closure is due to Covid-19 restrictions. I understand this. But construction hasn't stopped during this pandemic.

   One of the worst customer service experiences I have ever had in a store. Went today to purchase 2 pairs of safety boots and was met by the rudest , foul mannered female assistant, didn’t catch her name but she had lots of tattoos and piercings. Abrupt and extremely unwelcoming, we were barked at numerous times by her and asked “what do you want” and “do you want anything else or what?” After getting to the till as we just wanted to leave as we felt so uncomfortable she said she couldn’t find our account on the system (baring in mind we have used you guys many times and there has never been an issue) and she just barked “well if I can’t find your account then you won’t be getting these because I won’t be selling them you” and when confronted about it she just walked off the till and left us stood there. So we just left the boots on the counter and our other purchases and just left the store. Absolutely disgusting treating your customers like this, how that woman got a role in customer service I will never know! Good luck to keeping any customers with her around, we will be going elsewhere for all of our future purchases.
