Had my first appointment today, such a great experience. Staff were all so lovely and I felt so happy leaving there. Prices so reasonable and feel relieved to have a good dentist!
Excellent service and treatment, the dental nurses are very helpful and supportive the dentist was amazing really got me through a bad and painful situation I am incredibly grateful. Excellent experience.
Very bad experience with this dentist. The first time I visited it took over an hour to extract tooth and it was a very uncomfortable experience. On my second visit I got a filling done, which after a few months started to cause me problems as it clearly wasn't fitted very well. Now a year later the same filling is causing me a lot of pain so I rebooked to see the dentist. Today I called to try and rearrange my appointment due to having the flu and being completely unable to breathe through my nose. The dentist showed no compassion and told me I would need to pay £80 anyway. I said I was very unhappy and would call back. I then received a call 10 minutes later to advise the dentist would not charge me and to find another dentist. The dentist at this practice is very careless with his work and is also very unprofessional and arrogant. I understand there is a lack of dental practices available in the area but taking advantage of people in a bad situation is not ethical, please avoid this place. The receptionist is lovely and is the only saving grace.
Went to this dentist whilst on holiday and in severe tooth pain, maple Croft saw me the earliest they could, and as a non registered emergency I was very grateful that he saw me. Extracted the tooth very well, after care good. And good explanation of how to provide self aftercare can’t thank them enough. Pain free to enjoy the rest of my holiday. Thankyou very much. Xx
As a new customer was made to feel very welcome by all staff who are very friendly. I was fitted in as a priority when my caps crumbled. Compared to other private dentists very reasonably priced. I am a nervous wreck usually but on 2 occasions I have been was put at ease and Dentist was very gentle compared to others I have entailed. lovely little practice which I cannot recommend highly enough

After being in so much pain with my tooth , I rang up at 8.30 today and had emergency appointment for 10.40 today , Adam the dentist was fantastic and Katie were fantastic and all covid safe . I can’t praise this dentist surgery enough and I suffer with anxiety , they were so kind and patient with me
Great service, brilliant doctor. Yesterday as emergency they helped me out greatly with complicated tooth extraction. Thanks a lot to all the team. Very helpful receptionists, calm nurse and doctor. Highly recommended.
Just moved to Polperro and needed to find a dentist sooner than I'd hoped! Found this one with a google search and booked in. Probably the best dentist I've been to and I've had quite a few over the years. Friendly, helpful staff and an excellent Dentist. Very reassuring, brilliant advice and extremely knowledgeable. Highly recommend.
Adam Gitlin is a wonderful dentist. It is actually a joy to visit the surgery to have all dental requirements taken care of so professionally, and with so much care. Do not hesitate to book an appointment.
