I can’t fault both Looe and Pelynt surgeries. I have always been able to get the same day appointment. The staff are brilliant. They were wonderful in caring for my late Mother. They have to work in very difficult circumstances, considering the current and long term state of the N H S , which is not their fault. Some patients should consider this and cut them some slack. They have a great number of patients registered with the surgery in this area.

Such a lovely surgery. Not my own but my uncle's and I've lately had a lot of interaction with the receptionists. They've been so kind and SO patient with the unusual situation that's occurred. One in particular and I'm sorry I can't remember her name...blond ponytail late 20s/ early 30s? Such a lovely manner & excellent with people. This has been both phone and face to face. It has made a huge difference to my peace of mind. My uncle is very happy with his doctor here and they've been thorough with his appointments and follow ups. Thank you.

Had need of a doctor while on holiday in Looe. The receptionist was absolutely wonderful and so helpful when she could hear on my phone that my own doctors surgery were "unable" to help me. A doctor called me very quickly and had a prescription sent to the pharmacy. Fantastic surgery, wish they were my regular one!

Absolutely dead. No chek-ups follow-thru?= None. Rpt Meds? Hassle. I worked@ AddingtonHospital n.p.a. Wotever Hippocrates meant by his statement: " 1st do no harm" does not apply. May as well be dead. Getting worse not better... 70yo nxt b'day; not 17.but they try. Teeth...? _Ha!_

I've been with this surgery for the last 16 years & really can't fault them. I've always managed to get an appointment when I need one. I've even been invited to come into the surgery when I thought a telephone appointment with a GP would be sufficient. 5 stars well deserved.

Arranged an appointment with the doctor I've been trying to speak to for 2 months as he was dealing with my case only to find they changed my appointment to a different duty doctor this morning explained to receptionist I'd had a panic attack but all she could do was talk over me and tell me time is ticking. They have now given me a phone appointment with a random doctor which has put me back to square one. The receptionists are very rude don't let you talk and on the other hand ask to many personal questions which would be discussed between me and the doctor. They are very rude and this surgery doesn't seem to have the time or training to deal with mental health patients

Cannot get an appointment for love nor money . Spend 45 minutes calling from 8.30am as advised for phone appointment in order to get blood test results to then be informed no slots left , call back tomorrow as cannot pre book appointment or give out results as they are , quote "just receptionists with no medical knowledge" Same procedure again next day , & next but the same unqualified receptionists would like to know my medical symptoms to assess if I'm worthy of an appointment or not . Are they qualified to judge ?

I am extremely fortunate to have Old Bridge (and Pelynt) as my local surgeries. You can always talk to, or be seen by, a doctor the same day, if necessary. Not many places around the UK can say that! My elderly parents have to wait weeks to see a doctor, where they live! The receptionists are always polite, friendly and caring. Many of the GPs have broad knowledge and interests in various aspects of the human body, including mental health and don't make you feel rushed in your appointment. They recommend alternative treatments and supplements too, where relevant. Fiona Cooper, who runs the Asthma Clinic, is absolutely fantastic and gives the best advice I've ever known. I have been with a few surgeries in my lifetime and this is by far the best I've encountered. Plus the way they handled the recent pandemic, has been absolutely incredible.
