Updated : Just to clarify, everything was booked the day prior , it was purely the collection . Collected them the next day , it took 5 min on the clock . Good service overall, however apparently 8 minutes before closing and you can’t make collection . Closing time isn’t 5 pm is 4:30 , just for people to be aware . Don’t get here later then 4:30 otherwise you’ll be turned away .

This guys are so good! Couldn't find what I was looking online, called them and they got me sorted (adding some very good advice on the way) all in the day. They also went to the extra mile delivering the items out of hours, when I needed it most With the competitive prices, the free advice and the outstanding service I wouldn't look anywhere else! Decent tools but improvement needed for during hiring process especially for sanding tools. Give too many sheets and then overcharged for actual sheets used.
Price could be better, had a whacker plate off them, the belt kept coming off, cost me a day mucking about but they were not able to sort me out for lost time, just another whacker next day, check what your sending out Frank!
If you need to hire any tools or equipment in the West Brigford area, this is the place to go. They have a large selection of tools to hire, at reasonable rates. The staff are very helpful and will explain how to use the equipment you have hired safely.
Avoid at all costs. Really terrible and rude customer service. Service not a described. Asked for full refund. Requested delivery only to be told by the driver that he did not want to come to my house. I had to carry a large and heavy tool from the next road. No demo given even though i was ensured that I would be given one. This is the second time we have used this company - the first time they tried to overcharge us for extras we didn't use. Very dishonest. Will not be using again.
