I went here with longer hair and was told I needed to go to a hairdresser. The guy was nice about it but I felt embarrassed and had to leave. Got an appointment with another barber the next day who cut my hair in 15 mins and done a fantastic job.
Been here twice before, good guys and good haircut. I booked another appointment on the app, got a confirmation email. In the day I got a text and message from app to tell me my appointment is coming up today. I arrive and the whole place is closed. Seriously. nothing like taking time off work etc only to be met with a closed shop. Inconsiderate they can't let their customers know the shops closed for whatever reason.
First cut since lock down. Makes a massive difference! Thought my attempts were good, but getting hair cut properly makes me realise how good a job these boys do.
Even though barbershops are meant to open later on (it is unclear as to when barbershops may open though lockdown restrictions have been eased), it is highly unprofessional to allow customers to book an appointment at a certain date and time on booksy and then send those customers confirmation emails of their appointment, only to go to Rockafellas and find everything closed. They should be updating on google regularly. They have absolutely no contact details available either. Highly unprofessional, did nothing but waste my time and energy. Maybe don't give options to book online at all or notify when the shop would actually be open.
Got my haircut here last Friday. Tight on the back and sides with a fade and then a bit off the top. Very happy with the fade. I am fussy when it comes to haircuts but was delighted with the haircut here. Going to start going here regularly from now on. The barber who cut my hair was a really sound lad. Great value too!
