   Booked a 14:30 ish appointment several Saturdays ago, the last slot available. I was made to wait for 40 mins, then made to feel like I had done something rude by booking the last appointment of the day. Eye rolling, sighing, huffing and puffing. (If customers aren't meant to book amd pay for that slot, don't sell it.) Terrible haircut followed which almost felt like a punishment for booking that slot. Immature vibe to the place, I used to really like this barbers.

   First of all I know we all have to learn and start somewhere but the young lad who cut my hair hadn't a clue worst haircut I've ever had actually had too go and get another barber too fix it! My £20 is as good as any other customer and obviously the young fella is not trained up but that's not his fault !

   Paul and the lads are excellent at what they do. I visit Paul every two weeks for my haircut and beard trim. The whole experience is perfect... from the professional haircut, complimentary coffee and the exceptional customer service!

   Extremely over-priced, rude and can't even do a simple hair-cut. Ruined my hair, side-burns and beard by leaving one side shaved bare and the other at size 2. I would not have even considered leaving this review if the barber had at least been honest with me and tried to fix his mess-up. Response to owner: Detail your 'resolution' here.
