   Very disappointing experience. I took my son in for a haircut and unfortunately the experience was very poor. The barber had a bad attitude and was not friendly at all. On top of that, the haircut itself was very badly done and not what we asked for. As a parent, I expect patience, professionalism, and basic courtesy, especially when cutting a child’s hair. Sadly, this was not the case here. I would not recommend this place based on our experience.

   ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Another great haircut and beard trim from Perfection Barbers — always a warm welcome from the whole team. I’ve been coming here for over 5 years, mainly to Tony, but every barber is just as skilled. Carlos, the owner, is the man for a quick, clean trim. My go-to combo is a skin fade, beard trim, eyebrows, nose wax, and a hot towel shave — top class every time. Recently, I brought my two boys (aged 5 and 4) for their first ever haircuts. The barbers showed real patience and care, even pretending to trim their beards — they absolutely loved it! They finished with lollipops and smiles, and I enjoyed a lovely Turkish tea while we were there. 10/10 — keep up the great work, Carlos, Tony, and the whole team! – Dennis Morrison

   I had an awful experience with my haircut. It looked decent until the end, but then it turned into a complete mess. I spent months growing my hair just to get the sides trimmed, and now I’m stuck with the same style as the barber. I will have to shave it all off and start fresh. It was only 15 pounds, but it definitely ruined my day. Other barbers take their time; mine was in a rush and it showed.day. Other barbers take their time; mine was in a rush and it showed.

   If I could give 0 stars, I would. This is the worst and most abusive barber shop I’ve ever been to. The moment I sat down, one of the barbers started mocking me loudly for my curly hair, calling me names like “give this idiot a normal haircut and push him out.” I told him he had no right to insult me, but the disrespect didn’t stop there. The barber who cut my hair completely ruined my haircut, cutting way more than I asked for. When I complained, the owner came over, started shouting at me, and then became physically aggressive while cutting — slapping my head, hitting me, and leaving razor cuts on my scalp. I’ve never seen such unprofessional and violent behaviour in my life. When I asked about the owner leaving midway through the haircut for over 30 minutes, another barber told me rudely, “If you want, wait. If not, get lost.” They had already charged me, and I literally had to beg someone to finish my haircut. There were several barbers shouting at me, making the situation very intimidating. I honestly feared for my safety. I walked out with cuts on my head, a ruined haircut, and a horrible experience. ⚠️ Avoid this place at all costs. They are rude, violent, and have zero respect for customers.

   Went only for a bear trim and the barbers attitude was awful. No customer service or understanding. He made me feel like I was being told off for being there. Plus he didn't cut the beard right all. I had to correct it myself. Next time I would say work on your customer service first. A nice chat and a smile goes a long way! Wont be coming back

   Been once before and it was great. 5 mins, done and great cut. This time was embarrassing. Got home, washed my hair and laughed for 10 minutes at the fact the guy calls himself a barber. No clue at all. Not even an attempt. I’d actually say he did the worse job possible on purpose, it was that bad. I sorted out myself.

   I just started going here, just had my second haircut. The best turkish barbers in belfast!! Both times i had my hair cut by Tony! He is class!! All the barbers are really welcoming!! The best part about this shop is how the barbers interact with their customers and also they give good suggestions on how to style our hair, and thats really important to me. The prices are really reasonable too!
