   Iceland,… good price, big place, gr8 parking BUT a MASSIVE letdown when you come to pay for your shopping!!!!!! ONLY ever one person on the checkout. Staffing issues at its worst!!!!!! Nobody can be bothered to help the poor sod on the checkout when there’s 12 customers waiting. After 14mins and i got to the front the poor checkout person apologised and told me they had been calling for someone to help for 15mins and nobody could be bothered to come HELP!!!!! What a shambles… and next time im in and this happens i WILL be wanting to see a manager! If thats how you treat your employees and customers i dont think your going to last long!

   I am not usually visiting this shop but my 31st October 6pm shopping put my mood off going ever again . Young lady scanning the products fast and then standing there with crossed arms, not even asking if I want a help with packing my items it's just not a customer service I would expect nowadays.. thank you for making my shopping miserable with your miserable acting.

   It was an infuriating experience. I believe this is the first time in my life. Are people here doing bad things? I thoroughly experienced a very strange checkout arrangement. There are 2 cashiers and 2 cashiers, one of the cashiers refused to serve foreigners and only served locals. Throughout this process, I saw myself and other people of other colors being rejected. I asked the other cashier why I wasn't served and she said she was not meant for this position. But after I paid, I still saw the cashier continuing to collect money from locals. This is definitely unfair service. That is very ridiculous answer. Why am I being discriminated against if I use the same hours and prices?

   Wasn't bad , lots of deals but it's hard to tell whether your getting a bargain when the prices are going up on a daily basis.

   It's a bigger Iceland. More selection with plenty of parking. Bit strange that they don't have shopping trolleys. Well they do sort of, there were two. Both were being used by other people. Don't know if this is the norm or have they all gone walkies?
