   One of the staff on till 3 was not really doing anything but just scanning and talking on the intercom. And very expensive 11.55 just for 2 pepsi cherry and 2 packs of maltesers and 1 candy cane pack.

   Very disappointed with my experience today. The person at the till — who seemed to be a manager wearing a shirt — gave me a completely careless and dismissive answer when I asked why the promotion didn’t apply. She just said it was because those items couldn’t be mixed, without even checking properly. Later I found out the real reason was simply that my loyalty card wasn’t scanned. That’s basic information a manager should know. Her attitude was lazy, unprofessional, and completely unhelpful. If this is how a manager handles a simple question, no wonder customers get frustrated. Lidl really needs to improve staff training and customer service standards — customers deserve better than this kind of attitude.

   Long queues no self-service tills. Great staff always willing to help. Im just a little tired of hearing "were opening till number 'x' " and nobody turns up to open the till. Get it together Lidl management.

   Only one till open and a customer at the front with a product query. The queue was growing and still only one till open AND the checkout girl was happily chit chatting to a colleague. So annoying when you've had a long day at work and you just want to get served so you can go home. Eventually they opened another till...too late for me!

   Don’t very often come to this Lidl but today’s experience was great. Both check out and security staff were very friendly and polite and there was plenty of choice of food in store. The store was also clean and presentable despite there being major works undertaken at the moment. Thanks for a pleasant shopping experience!
