Waiting over an hour and was just ignored - several people walked in and got a haircut and clearly my face didn’t fit. They were doing anything to avoid making eye contact with me. Wont be back

My Husband went to get his haircut there today only to be asked if he had an appointment...never heard of a barbers using an appointment system before. It says walk ins available all day...clearly not true. Not great customer service. Husband will definitely not be back.
