Young blonde girl on the till, didn't look at me, didn't greet me, didn't say a single word to me, no name badge on, just spoke to her colleague and completely ignored me from start to finish.
Went to do some shopping today when at the till gave the woman my bonus card for home delivery and held my passport out to show her for over 60 discount she didn't take it off me to look at it just cooked her nose up. Now I'm home looking at my receipt and notice she hasn't took my 10% discount off so I have had to ring them up again.
This shop sells a wide range of fresh and frozen items and prices are good, sometimes there can be queues but extra staff come quickly when needed.
A vast range of frozen food. Also fresh vegetables and lots of other non-frozen items are available. Including bread, eggs, biscuits, canned food, jams, butter, milk. A good selection of groceries but I found the staff to be amazing. They were fast and efficient at the tills, while being helpful and friendly. All in all a great experience!
Can’t believe Iceland had to rearrange 3 times for one delivery. First one no frozen food, second still items missing. 3rd was too late and was outside delivery slot so left outside all night with a note as attached.
