   Popped in yesterday as was working in the area, nice clean café and nice atmosphere I ordered a veggie sausage and tomato cob and a bacon and egg for my gaffer £12.90 ! Was good quality but an absolute rip off at that price,I then realised I could of saved over 3 quid if I'd of gone next door but one The Scarlett pimpernel wore a mask absolutely ridiculous price , and I was charged 12.90 not 12.40 ,the lad who served me might of made a mistake as he put in a veggie breakfast cob price and didn't change it when I said just veg sausage and tomato!

   Used to be known as Jasper's. Still super dog friendly which is great, food tastes good, some items were a little cooler then others on the plate, possibly batch cooking in the morning. Staff are lovely as usual, great portion sizes. It's a warm and cosy environment, well worth the stop even if it's just for a brew.

   Now regarded by many as the very best Cafe in Ruddington. Very friendly excellent staff and service. It is a delightful to spend time there .and the new name sums it up to a tee. Try it! I can guarantee you will not be disappointed

   We visited today for the first time, it was very busy, but from the service to the food it was all 5 stars! Club sandwich was perfect and I really enjoyed it, my husband had a jaspers breakfast and again was faultless! Thankyou for a very enjoyable visit and I’m sure we will be back again soon!

   It was lovely as always. Me and my friend had the hunters chicken sandwich. It was so nice. Lovely service food came quickly same with drinks. Definitely recommend it to anyone for a lovely lunch venue.

   We came across this village cafe by chance at 12.30pm on a Sunday, we just wanted coffee. The place was very busy for a small village and by the time we left we could see why. There are some nice touches with fittings made of rustic natural wood and some historical photos on the walls. The menu was exceptional for a small cafe with a large menu of basic food but what a choice. Normal fair of drinks a cakes etc but it was the breakfast dishes that surprised me. So many tasty dishes including American type breakfasts and these were served all day. There's no doubt the business is well known and respected. We will definitely return here. If you are in Ruddington definitely pay it a visit.

   I decided to read the reviews before I decided to share my experience at Jasper's Cafe in Ruddington. I've been in a few times now and for some part has been pleasant,but after witnessing some rude behaviour of the chap behind the counter with the beard,and the way I was spoken to last week prompted to leave this review. The short blunt response that makes you feel you are an inconvenience, when what you are is a paying customer is really not acceptable. I'm not rude or impolite whatsoever so to be made to feel like this is not really on. He really looks like he doesn't want to be there and for somebody with zero social skills should really think about a job that doesn't involve a smile or politeness, as for the replies by managers on previous posts,never have I seen that sort of response in my 60 years of being on this planet,surely you'd like these customers to come back so an apology doesn't go far,zero stars for customer service. If you like your coffee with a grunt and dollop of attitude to go with it,Jasper's is for you. Really no need to reply thankyou

   Friendly staff, nice warm atmosphere. Easy to park for free near by and enjoy cup of coffee. It is a pet friendly place too! Big plus. On the other side... my vegan sausage for breakfast arrived in mouldy roll. They exchanged it, but after seeing that mould on first one.. my taste for new wasnt much there anymore.
