   Convenient and local Tesco store serving the local estate of houses in Chilwell and Toton. Why this is here when there is a larger Tesco close by i'll never know. Prices are higher than usual Tesco - but you are paying for the "convenience". Cash point nearby is useful.

   Really friendly staff... Nice convenient shopping.... Has recently been refurbished, to a high standard. Was closed for the 'refurbishment' (June 2024) just before the Chilwell Lidl here closed down. Tesco express are now re opened with more customers than ever, as people who would've gone to Lidl, now going into this newly refurbished 'Tesco Express'.... Must admit they seem to have a whole lot more "variety of products" across all ranges, to say they are only a "quick stop" shop. Much improved though, and would recommend them. You can get "Costa Coffee" from here , cigarettes, Lottery, papers, magazines, alcohol etc....

   Convenient Tesco express with all the essentials. I work nights and occasionally stop off on the way home as they open from 6am. Of course it's a little more expensive than the large Tesco stores, but you pay for convience. Costa express machine available here too. Sadly visited on Easter Sunday in the morning and I was surprised how bad the customer service was. I was looking for porridge oats and a young girl asked if I was looking for anything in particular. I mentioned I was looking for porridge oats and she rudely replied and said, "we don't have any of them". I then ventured further up the aisle and found a large pack of porridge oats. She clearly had woken up on the wrong side of bed!

   I'm a 27 year old man and I got asked for ID for an energy drink. Very rude and disrespectful woman serving me. Made me feel like an idiot in front of everyone in the queue. For crying out load I'm 27 I look about 35. Got to the large store on swiney way.
