   We visited Toton Tesco today (20th October around 3pm) we were getting dinner, drinks and also a few things for halloween. Upon our approach to the tills, we placed our alcohol on the checkout, when we did this 2 members of our party already had their ID’s ready in their hands, since they were paying first. The young brunette woman serving was very kind and hadn’t even scanned our alcohol when the older woman wearing a medical mask, working at the checkout behind (while serving another customer) told our cashier to check our ID’s, in quite an aggressive tone. Instead of allowing our cashier to check our ID’s the older woman serving behind took the ID’s from her. We had previously heard this woman whispering about us but then began gossiping loudly to another customer about us, which made us uncomfortable as we had done nothing wrong and were more than willing to give over our ID’s. It was entirely unprofessional, we were out to get some dinner and some drinks but instead were met with hostility by 2 older individuals who weren’t even at the till we were using. The young woman was not at fault at all, and seemed equally as uncomfortable.

   Lots of parking and easy to find. It's not the biggest of Tesco's but still has everything you would likely need. There are 2 Tesco that are pretty close to each other but this one holds it's own. Other than it's a Tesco... You know what they sell

   Want to say a big thank you to the girls on customer services. Yesterday I used the coin counting machine but it didn't give out the right amount I went back today explained what had happened and they had found the coins that hadn't registered and with the help of one of their colleagues a nice man counted them all and saved the money. Can't explain how I feel about such exceptional service thank you very much all of you

   signed up for an event held at Tesco community room. Seems no sign in the store and no clue from google map, so asked for directions from the staff at the entrance early in the morning on 9 Nov, 24. Greeted by the staff with a smile and he clearly directed me to the right way. Thank you!

   Tracey in the clothes department really tried to help when I was looking for some size 10 kids school shoes. She was leaving for the day but came back and checked the warehouse to see if they had any in stock. I was really impressed as she had clocked off for the day but was still prepared to help. Thanks
