    Only use this shop as a last resort. Shopped there today, 21.07.2025 at 18.00 and true to form, same annoying acknowledgment. Why are the staff always on their headphones, always having a long conversation I presume with other staff members, no hi, thank you, here's your change, have a good day! Nothing. overpriced too, but the lack of friendliness really gets my back up

    Done 2 separate shops to get money off each of our members cards (should have been £2.50 off 1 and 50p off the other) was not actioned even though the membership cards were scanned on by an assistant and not s self service error. The app still shows the offers as not taken.

    My local Co-op offers a wide range of all domestic food goods and drinks. There is a cash point outside as you enter. The co-op shares a car park with the parade of shops and can get busy/full at peak times. Staff are friendly and never had an issue finding an item. There are 2 automated self service tills if you don’t want to queue.

    Great service from the staff this evening. Callum helped me out with a collect+ parcel which was really helpful, so thanks to him and the young lady on the tills. Nice to be able to have a friendly service where nothing is too much trouble.

    I shop here all the time always loved the staff but since the new staff have been taken on they're nothing but miserable like they looking down on me etc next week I'll be taking my custom elsewhere I'm not standing at the till feeling like I'm being judged I think shops just employ anyone these days
