   This is a good, basic supermarket. The staff are so very kind, and go beyond duty to help. Thank you especially to the off-duty staff member who paused her own shopping to help us find what we wanted and to the cashier who helped my husband unjam his walking stick!

   Absolutely poor stock availability Went in for 5 items as a top up shop No butter, cooked sweet chilli chicken or washed spinach Absolute waste of time. Ended up going to the Stapleford branch which had all those items in stock. This was at 2:30 pm on a Tuesday afternoon

   I usually shop at Ilkeston ALDI and will not be going back to Stapleford ALDI until they put their staff on a Customer Service course, stop talking to your mates on those headphones and be civil to customers!

   Extremely limited vegan options, which in this day in age is disappointing. Range is quite varied for most other products, although the products on offer are a little random. Great alcohol and cleaning products selection - the range is fab for grabbing a few bits for the house. Car park is spacious but shop inside is a little pokey. Don't rely on for a full weeks shop.

   Staff here are brilliant. Really busy even early morning but extractions opened up. Didn't have to wait even 1 minute before loading my goods onto conveyor. Staff always polite, friendly and professional. A joy to shop here every week.
