This would be my 5th time trying to send a evri parcel, donβt waste your time trying. Every time Iβve been Iβve been told they are not taking any parcels as they have no space. Once the woman watched me scan 4 small parcels, put the labels on then decided to tell me they were not taking them. Whatβs the point in offering the service.

I've just been shopping there and at the self service till I asked the guy for a bag, he stared at me for a couple of seconds and completely ignored me and looked away! I had to asked another guy for a bag, what is the problem here???? β----β----------- I'm a regular customer for years, good parking and enough rang of different products! But OMG there is this short chubby short hair guy that works there almost everyday; you not only never hear any pleasantries but also the look he gives you is almost hateful! It feels like he's constantly suffering from a hangover! Tesco needs to help the poor guy.

From reading other reviews, seems we all have the same issues. Usless staff, never anyone to help, most staff rude, especially thst Damien or what ever his name is. I've never met such a rude person to work in a shop, I can't belive tesco allows this shop to run the way it does. I've never really shopped at tesco but as I've just move here, this is my closest shop. But I'll be going out my way to avoid tesco now. They obviously don't care about their customers at all. Don't bother going to this shop unless you want to wait for ever, get spoken rudely too and constantly have to show staff that the prices are wrong.

I have been here 4 times in the last two weeks to drop off a parcel. Every single time the Evri printer is βout of paperβ. They clearly donβt want the hassle but are still advertising it as a feature of the shop. Staff are unhelpful and canβt say when it will be restocked. They have even lied and told me it was βworking yesterdayβ when it wasnβt! Avoid

This SHOULD be a peaceful place to shop, apart from a guy who works there, namely DAMIEN. His attitude absolutely stinks. Asks me to pay when Iβve been showing him my club card to scan for over a minute. Then he is rude to me when I ask him to scan my club card before I pay. Im sure they can get some staff that arenβt rude to customers.

Very poor customer service, every time i show up to the till, there is no cashier and the staff always walk away and ignore you to fill the shelves and stuff whereas people are having to wait in queue for around 10 minutes. And this one time this staff thought it would be okay to walk off without providing me with what i asked for by going back out to do other things and never came back again, Then a different person finally helps me and the same guy from before tells him of what i wanted (12 minutes AGO) while i watched him walk past me numerous times after he enters the other room and comes back OUT to not return to behind the cash register!!

Open until 11pm 7 days a week with plenty of free parking. Great for fresh food, baked goods and general everyday products. Sells lottery tickets, fresh flowers, greetings cards, newspapers, magazines, seasonal goods, scratchcards, alcohol and tobacco products. Has external cashpoint and takeout Costa coffee self-service machine.

Normally good service. Today the lad at the checkout was completely ignorant and his customer service was appalling. I had to ask him nicely 4 times if he would move his hand so I could put my basket on the counter, but he ignored me every time. He needs a lesson in manners. Not impressed. A shame as the other staff are really friendly.

Often have to look for some one to serve you at the checkouts. If you have customers queueing to pay, your priority should be them and not putting up Christmas decorations, refilling shelves, chatting to each other. A good morning and thank you would be nice. I've been using this store for years, but over the last few months, the customer service is getting worse day by day and it wasn't that good in the first place.
