   Really peed of went to get a few bits of groceries that wasn't a problem get to the till people with parcels dropping of and collecting a big pain in the but your a shop not a post office the big gripe was someone brought groceries left her shopping bag and food and said I need I'd cleared of to her car and drove of . Mentioned this to the assistant but ignored me scanned her shopping through and stood there waiting for her to return I went to the other till the assistant cleared of whilst I was stood there shopping in hand she saw me I waited five minutes no sign the other assistant put a call out still no sign .all in waiting time 3 parcel collections one return. staff clear of ignore customers left my shopping told the assistant I havnt got the time for this nonsense get your act together in the end I went to the post office to get my shopping which was no problem cost more but I will live with it been a customer for years at the coop they spend more time dealing with customers with parcels and returns waste of space so annoying .get it sorted there's a post office a few minutes walk that deals with this stuff it's open until 10.00 it's food items I want not a parcel delivery and collection point .rant over

   However, this is a collect+ collection point, any parcel bigger than a shoe box will be refused to be accepted not just by the staff but by the manager too. Terrible service. I wish I could give 0 star

   Very poor service. Always a huge queue no matter what time you go in and no effort to ever get it down. So glad M&S is on the retail park now as it's so much easier and quicker.

   Cracking staff some good offers it's just a shame that some customers cannot seem to follow the HUGE ARROWS which are marked on the floor indicating a ONE WAY SYSTEM. I bet they adhere to the one way system when they are driving. Guys please adhere to the one way system its for your own safety.

   As with all supermarkets, you have to know your prices, at Giltbrook coop there are some excellent bargains to be had, you just have to look. All the staff are helpful and friendly.
