   Was served at the checkout by someone who made no eye contact, no smile, didn't acknowledge my thank you with 'you are welcome'. Smiled and was pleasant to the lady after me. Can't remember the last time I felt so unwelcome.

   Had a delivery Tuesday and 1 of the 3l milk cartons was bust and all the milk had leaked out. The driver took it back and said I would get a refund but never did. It's disgusting

   Should be no stars for customer service. Stood waiting at a till for over 5 minutes with no staff in site. I could have walked off with shopping without paying. When staff finally turn up, I was greeted with attitude. "How am I to know you are stood there when I'm the other end of the store." Maybe need a service bell or more staff?

   Got good deals, it's just it feels like they've only got deals when you buy like 3 for £5. What if I only want 1? Can't pick up a cheeky nice drink and stuff.
