   Whilst at the back of the store, still shopping as per usual, me and my wife were bluntly accused of stealing and told to leave. No questions, no explanation, no chance to buy our shopping. I was dismayed; we've been regular customers for ages, but we no longer feel comfortable (or particularly safe) shopping there anymore. We're going to have to go out of our way for our groceries from now on, very disappointed.

   Been coming to this shop for over 4 years, only recently within this last year there has been an issue with the beers and the prices they are being sold at. I’m speaking about the pint cans of Carlsberg to be specific. The packs of 4 are sold at £6.49. Londis (Highbury vale) also sell them individually from the packs. Whenever I’ve gone into this shop they’ve always charged me £1.69 for an individual Carlsberg. Only recently within the last few months has there been an issue with the prices on the individual cans of Carlsberg. Unfortunately it seems although different staff members charge me different prices for the drink - £1.69 , £1.89 and now today £2.25!!! I’ve repeatedly spoken to staff about this change of price and seem to find myself repeating constantly with this issue each time I go in! Sometimes staff scan the can and try and charge me the full £6.49 for 1 can!!!! If there aren’t set prices for these I don’t think they should be sold individually at all with how incompetent the pricing system seems!! It’s only when I return to the shop after being over charged or mention something at the till to distribute the correct price that my situation is resolved… until the next time. It’s not good enough. I shouldn’t need to tell staff members their own shop prices then be ridiculously overcharged by the same ones who admit to me they’ve had this conversation with me before and know about the right prices while pulling out a calculator on his phone to divide the 4 pack of Carlsberg to 1. Quite rightly I’m beginning to feel although this shop is either 1.Scamming me, 2. Doesn’t provide enough information or training to staff on correct stock prices or 3. Are just generally unorganised. Not to mention the storage flap door on the floor that’s open regularly while customers are in the shop causing a big hazard risking them falling down!

   Nice and fresh! A great place with a wide variety of fresh products to choose from. Everything looked well stocked and clean. The selection is impressive — fruits, vegetables, baked goods, and more. It’s easy to find what you need, and the overall atmosphere is pleasant. Definitely worth stopping by if you’re looking for quality and choice in one place.

   Used this shop to collect and send a parcel. Found the members of staff rude and unhelpful. Trying to send a parcel I was struggling a little bit they offered no help at all. It sems like the parcel side of things is a bit of an inconvenience to them. Went in to collect another parcel was told it wasn't there. When I insisted that it was showing them the delivery notification along with having to give my name 3 times and show my ID twice they actually bothered to look for it .If they do not want to do this service why have it in the shop.

   Went to landis this afternoon to return some parcels had not got a clue how to work the machine the lady came round & shown me how to use it & ended up doing all my labels for me then I realised I didn’t no wat label went to wat parcel so we had to go through them all again 1 at a time till I had got them all done I kept saying I’m really sorry she just kept saying don’t worry it’s not a problem just want to say a big thank you for sorting me out
