   One of the worst kept toilets ive ever known in a supermarket. This might not be important to some but older and vulnerable people need access to adequate facilities. I've had to stop taking vulnerable people i support to the Bulwell Tesco's. Disabled toilet has been out-of-order for ages now. The mens is disgusting. Very small considering how big the store is. Many times no T.roll. They are obviously not checked or cleaned very often. This has been the case for a long time now. Whoever is in charge of this, you should be ashamed! The huge profit you make, your toilets are an absolute disgrace

   A resident I was caring for had a seizure yesterday and the staff were absolutely amazing. Really went above and beyond. Very patient and kind. Also a very clean store!! due to the siezure we both ended up on the floor for a while, luckily still had clean clothes after the ordeal. Got a day off and my food delivery from Tesco is coming later. Always spot on

   I've been going to this store for 5 years now, the new refurbishment has reduced overall products in the store, and they have shortened the opening hours without any posted notices, or information to some staff. This used to be my go-to Tesco. Now, Hucknall is the better Tesco. They have all the products that got removed from Bulwell and more. Completely disappointed in Tesco.

   An out of season item was hard to find due to the move around the the store. We were directed downstairs incorrectly. We asked Wendy and Jo asked around for us and took us upstairs and to the item. We were made to feel valued and given respect. A very pleasant visit to the store. Thank you Wendy and Jo.

   I try and avoid Tesco in Bulwell. Kids are always riding around in the entrance. It’s a kids playground security do nothing

   Tesco is Tesco. Single floor with all the parking needed and a lovely café, staff are lovely only thing I wish for is that it was 24 hours but not the stores fault

   I now have a scratched wind screen from the car park. The concrete roof dripped water/concrete on to my car windscreen... I've tried windscreen cleaner and even finger nails!!

   Visited Tesco extra Bulwell on the 23rd. Very busy, everyone everywhere… I only went in for some pens (which unfortunately we’re not on the shelves). However I asked two girls (from make up, I think it was Jess and B…) if they could assist me. These women, went above and beyond, I was waiting around 45mins-but not a bad thing, as they came to update me on the ‘pen-gate’ situation regularly. They even went to find the delivery of pens bless them. Can’t thank those girls enough. Also sent me in the right direction to get my posca pens for my daughter. Thank you for your efforts.
