   What a shame as I like the food but the delivery service is horrendous. On multiple occasions the order is late, several times I have been offered someone else's order then had to wait til the next day for the items I needed. This has happened yet again. My mobility restricts my shopping ability so I rely on these deliveries, but when I've placed an order at 10 past 5, it arrives at 8pm snd is incorrect then I cant even get through to the store to enquire what is happening, its not good enough.

   There are some amazing deals especially during sporting events for example pizza and beer or more recently the meal deal which included wine 2 mains and a side all for £10. Considering the size of the shop it has used the space well and has a great selection and in my case the real ales which includes the more premium ones like Abbot Reserve or Crafty Hen and 3 for £6 isn`t bad. Local shops can be very expensive but I do not think this is the case there are always a lot of offers and as I shop wisely I always get excellent quality food at a very good price. The staff are very helpful and polite and make you feel very welcome and when it does get busy they try to quickly add a staff member to the till so you are not waiting long. Overall an excellent local shop

   Staff here are polite, and there are a variety of products. There are also some self-service checkouts. The prices are higher than other places, but it's not too bad if you're only picking up essentials. Parking is available on the street, and there is also a free car park behind the shop.

   My trip to Coop was efficient and enjoyable. The store was well-organized, making it easy to find what I needed. The staff was friendly and helpful, providing excellent customer service. The wide range of products and fresh produce was impressive. Overall, a great shopping experience!

   Went in store to buy some cigarettes and I got id’d so I hand my id over and she said she can’t serve me even though I have a valid 18 driver’s license, so I ask why she can’t serve me and she kept saying get out the store not even explaining why? Do not shop here!

   I walked in here. Pulled my phone out to log into the free wi-fi. Walked around a little bit looking at my phone then an announcement was played over the tannoy warning customers about cctv in store. I left before I was accused of something.

   When it was scary shopping over lockdown they would get my food order ready and pass it out to me in the car park round the back. I will always shop here and will not forget their kindness during dark times. Also love the fairtrade and ethical products and truly irresistible meals are fab. Their whole chickens are amazing and I love their sausages.

   5 stars for all the bakery staff, always lovely. Rest of staff are mediocre in comparison. I think they could take a tip or two from the bakery staff. Also the choice of music isn't the best whenever I shop in the store, how about putting on something classic such as Thy Art Is Murders hit single - Reign of darkness.
