   The female security guard is so rude and disrespectful, I tried to enter the shop at the same time they were receiving a delivery and I was told they were closed and closed at 7pm, it was 6.53pm. They have no concept of time apparently, as my by count that 7 minutes left of opening time, such an abuse of power, I have never been to another sainsburys who closes at the same time as a delivery. This sainsburys is the worst, staff always move at a glacial pace and always a huge queue, absolutely shocking.

   They sell everything you’d need from a convenience shop. A decent variety of high protein products, snacks, toiletries, etc. I wish they’d sell more Sainsbury’s brand things. But apart from that, they have everything you need. Open till 10pm even on Sundays!! Staff has been kind to me. A lot of these reviews are negative. But keep in mind we are all individuals with personal lives and it is difficult for us to keep a smile on all day. They’re trying their best.

   I have lived in this area for over 3 years and have never been treated with little respect before I have even entered the store. It is mainly the female security guard, she is disrespectful and rude for no reason, she even stares you out when you are leaving. Sainsburys you need to do a LOT BETTER about your security, because you could loose customers due to the lack of respect from her at the door

   The security at the front door are so disrespectful, took one step in and she's already giving me attitude, she even followed us out of the premises trying to locate a car as she was taking pictures and just kept staring us out for no reason at all, unacceptable behaviour, Sainsbury's you need to do better with your staff

   Totally bad atmosphere and attitude from most staff The local community talks about how it’s the last resort to shop there When shop first opened was fantastic vibe but in the last 5 years has become a sess pit of Not sure if has been under new management in last 5 years but needs a wake up I hear staff slate customers the security staff is so awkward and arrogant

   Staff member rudely saying no to cash back said there’s a cash machine outside for the second time they do not give 5 pound notes had a huff when she had to give me cash back. It’s your job just bloody do it pathetic.

   Guard was racist and accused me of stealing. I am Asian and the gaurs was Pakistani who was on some sort of minimum wage power trip. Pathetic behaviour!

   I just want to highlight the service I received in Sainsburys yesterday 18.01.22 by a young man (i think his name may have been Paul ?) had a beard. He helped me book a taxi as I was stranded and needed to get home. My phone was playing up and I was very stressed. He was so helpful and patient with me. Thank you so much as I know it isn’t part of your job role. I was desperate and didn’t know what to do. My eye sight is failing and I couldn’t see what to press on my phone. I was so relieved to get home but want to ensure your good deed was highly noted. I’m sure your mum would be very proud of the young man you are. Kind Regards… Tracey
