Can i just say, katie on kiosks was amazing. The support she provided was great and full of knowledge. May she get a pay rise!! Amen
Did a quick shop there, approaching the check outs noticed a tub of yoghurt had been dropped, my wife went to a female staff member to inform her, only to be told it had nothing to do with her as she was a Vegan, That's one way to avoid work I guess.
Sick and tired of having to walk through clouds of cigarette smoke of Tesco employees at the back entrance to Victoria Centre on Union Road. Have moaned about this to store management for years and still nothing done. Very unpleasant for Pregnant women, the elderly and disaled but they do not care in the slightest, even when I mentioned the legal requirement to be six foot away from the door.
I came here today feeling really bad, I don't understand why one of the shop assistants keeps ignoring me as if she can't hear me? I felt disregard and insult
You may wish to tell your self service staff that if your club card won't scan, rather than reply "if it won't scan it won't scan" they should inform the customer the number can be typed in, rather than the customer having to ask if it can be done, and them saying "yeah"
Was in the store this evening, payed for my items, at the self service. Packed my items and preceded to leave. I then was stopped by security and told to unpack my bags back at the self service. Had to unpack everything,. All items were accounted for. I understand that mistakes happen having worked in retail myself. But the staff and security didn’t have any remorse for the insult, I suggest Tesco work on their common decency towards customers especially when they’re in the wrong and learn to apologise Thanks for being awful at your jobs.
Quite busy here when we visited on a Sunday afternoon. We usually buy milk here for our daughter to drink during our stay in Nottingham. She likes to look at the small section of toys and Pokémon related items. The fruits are usually pretty fresh here as well and sometimes we get some. Overall, quite pleased with this store.
Dear Tesco. Last Monday gone, I went into your fine establishment and purchased your “25 piece boneless chicken selection with the intent on dining like a king while my wife was out, crying in a corner with only your crispy, breaded poultry to comfort me.
