   Absolutely ridiculous , 28 year old mane asking me for ID for REDBULL when policy is 16 year olds. Molly was the employee, very rude ignored me and my friend for 5 mins and looks at us when we were first and saying i’m busy now dealing with other customers when we were first and I felt like she was being racist and she goes to say I decide if you look over 18 not yourself.

   Don't use deliveroo to order groceries from here they will always not give you your full order and deliveroo will do nothing about it.

   I went into the shop with intention of buying food for work but was instead met with the manager waving a body can in my face accusing me of stealing, I had been in the store less than 2 minutes, I won't be shopping at Sainsbury's anymore due to this shocking experience, absolutely terrible customer service

   Very limited stock despite delivery lorries constantly blocking the main, narrow road into Ruddington This is a small store that does little to actually enhance the local shopping experience. The store is too small to be really useful in preventing longer journeys to larger stores but big enough to take away trade from small, independent shops. I do not believe having this store is justified in the location in which it resides. The store is, however, clean and well stocked in the items that it chooses to stock. The staff are also friendly and helpful. I admit that I am biased though and much prefer to spend my money in independent shops!
