   First of all , I am a student who lives close to this Tesco and I’ve shopped here for awhile now as I am sure a lot of other regular Tesco shoppers have. I went in on Wednesday night for some snacks before studying. There is this one worker who I think is Asian… anyways old small dark haired lady. Every time I go into this store she got a problem, watching me down different aisles, following me around the store, saying stuff like “ check the cctv “ as she’s going past me, I’ve never shoplifted in my life , I always pay for what I want and just leave, but after talking to a few more of my black friends who also shop here, it seems to be very clear that this woman dont like people of colour and/or she just tryna stereotype. Lady working in the wrong industry… Tesco needs to do something about her, as I don’t want to shop here no more. And neither do my friends…

   Went here the other day for random snacks etc. The staff were friendly and made jokes. Easy to shop in. Friendly atmosphere.

   Visited Tesco this evening and was shocked by the attitude of one particular cashier. Rude, aggressive, and totally unprofessional – barking unclear instructions at customers, not once but twice, like we were an inconvenience, and even swearing under his breath. The individual with the half-shaved Mohawk clearly has no grasp of basic manners or customer service. Maybe the counter gives them confidence they wouldn’t have otherwise, but that kind of behaviour wouldn’t fly in the real world.

   Says it’s open until 11pm only to get there at 10:45 with it shut. Management needs to improve and better customer service from the security at the door too. Don’t lie to your customers saying it’s open when it’s not. Pictures were taken outside Tesco at 11:48 on a busy Friday 12th July with at least a dozen people waiting for an answer whether we could get our meal deals especially if you’re working til late night.

   Shouldn't employ people who can't count the money properly. Paid £1,5 for a drink and the guy haven't got a clue how to count it. Embarrassing.

   I visited the shop on 18th around 2:30 PM. I got charged for 7 puff pastry were I only took 6. I noticed it while reaching my destination and I went back to the store and the experience was really depressing. The security guy treated me as if I wanted to steal 1 puff pastry from them. I couldn't find any logic in their questions. I wonder if it's only my experience. If it's against their policy they couldn't have told me in a better way. I believe it's my responsibility to double-check the bill and items within the store.

   Staff members wearing masks with their nose out or even under their chin, no enforcement of customers wearing a mask. Over all terrible enforcement for keeping people safe from covid.
