I love tjis salon and the staff. Robyn is an excellent hairdresser and sometimes goes out of hee way to oblige me. Excuse typos. I have a vision problem.
I had an appointment with George for a wash, cut and blow dry. It had been several months since I had been to see George. The cut that she gives me is amazing, honestly the best I have ever had. It had kept it's shape really well, but just gotten a little long for my liking. Once again George gave me a brilliant cut. ❤ George never rushes me, always takes her time to create perfection. Thank you George!
I come periodically just to get my brows done and have had a few of the ladies over the last few years. They’re always lovely, friendly but efficient. I’ve never had any problem getting an appointment, and the prices seems really reasonable.
I’m very happy with the way George cut my hair. She was lovely to chat to and put me at ease. I also had BIAB nails done with Carrie who was just as nice to chat to and did a great job with my nails. Thanks ladies.
Lucy did an excellent job of taming and shaping my eyebrows. It was my first time and I was a little nervous. Lucy put me at ease by explaining the process and chatting with me. I soon relaxed. It was completely painless and I am really happy with the result.
Amazing service normally can’t get acrylics to last more than 1-2 weeks but Carrie is amazing and they have lasted a month! Alway check your happy with how your nails are and listen to what you want! Welcoming and friendly within the salon and have great availability of appointments that work around different jobs!
Happy, bubbly and relaxed environment. I arrived early and was offered a brew - lovely. The therapist remembered the treatment I had last time which is fab considering id only had my brows done once by Lucy before. Brows are a nice shape and colour . Also offered makeup to finish - fab service
Very disappointed and annoyed. Laura made an appointment for a consultation with me (which I drove to Plympton from Paignton for) and then didn’t even attempt to consult me except to tell me to see my doctor as a first point of query. She didn’t even look at my face - as soon as I walked in the door she asked whether I had seen the doctor yet. I wish she had communicated better and managed to do this by text before I wasted my time and money driving over to see her. Not a happy bunny. It would have been a simple question to check this before inviting someone for a consultation!!
I’ve had a range of services at Purity and I couldn’t recommend the salon more! Everyone is so lovely and put you at ease straight away. The quality of products are great and I’m always so pleased with every appointment. I recently had a balayage with Robyn and she was amazing, I wasn’t quite sure what colour I wanted so really appreciated her professional opinion and I couldn’t be happier with the results! Looking forward to my next app xxx
