Appalling salon, I would highly recommend not going here. Hairdresser called Chloe completely ruined my hair when I went in to touch up my regrowth, had to revisit to put right and she damaged my hair even further. When asked for my opinion, I raised my concerns on the damage and received a very argumentative response, to the point of Chloe having a near on breakdown and leaving me in tears. Although both Chloe and her boss apologised for the episode, it has left me untrusting with hairdressers.
My friend and I had up do appointments with Lauren last Monday, and she was absolutely brilliant, she listened to what we wanted and gave us exactly that. She made sure it was comfortable and not too tight or too loose. I was really worried my waves would drop out before the reception, but 2days later it is still wavy. I can't praise Lauren enough, and will highly recommend her. Thank you Lauren

Very happy with my haircut and blow dry today. Well organised with social distancing in place. Masks were provided if you did not have one already. Very friendly and welcoming. Have booked again for August.
