   I am sure I booked in for 10.30. I turned up and waited and waited. I left at 12pm. No apology, just told next time do a walking. Obviously a walking off the street is seen and has service quicker than an appointment. I am a carer so have to have a time slot in order to go back and look after a family member. The attitude was not caring not friendly and they would not understand what I wanted. Never again. Also, as a foreigner I can point out that chatting away in your language when the customers have no idea what is being said is extremely rude.

   My sister had a really upsetting experience at this nail clinic. The man who treated her was extremely abrupt, rough, and forceful. She left in tears because the treatment was painful and the products used were hurting her fingers. No one should have to go through that. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone — avoid it and go somewhere that treats customers with care and respect.” Avoid at all costs !

   DO NOT COME HERE! Older man extremely rude and disrespectful. Even though my nails were in a lot of pain with the products burning my skin. Man laughed and shouted at me throughout my whole appointment infront of other costumers to which left me leaving in tears. No costumer service whatsoever it’s an absolute disgrace. Spend more money and go with a company who have people skills, who can understand what you are saying and don’t hurt you in the process of what should be a pleasant experience. Wouldn’t even rate a 1 star unfortunately I had no choice on here .

   Lovely friendly people who do an excellent job of my nails. My only complaints are they don’t remove build up dirt under the nails unless you ask and secondly they take appointments, but shouldn’t do they are far too busy to accommodate. I would recommend just turning up and join the queue like everyone else.

   Never usually leave a review but almost came out crying. Was charged £35 pounds for infills and I could’ve done them better myself. They were messy, rushed, lumpy and all uneven/ different shapes and sizes. My nails burned and the skin on my fingers is so painful. Will never be going back there , could not recommend less.
