   I tried to dye my own hair blonde- had a disaster! 4 or so box dyes and a couple of toners later- I had a ginger blond patchy mess. My hair was so dry too. Very embarrassing. I asked upper38 if they could help. The service was brilliant. They patch tested me and had a look on Friday and booked me for Wednesday with Lewis. In all honesty I was embarrassed and dreading the appointment. Lewis was FANTASTIC, cannot recommend him enough. He was kind and funny and had 10/10 banter! I was at ease right away and had 4 hours of fun while he fixed my mess! Really so grateful and Lewis and the team should be proud of themselves for creating a welcoming atmosphere and doing so well looking after their clients. I’m amazed at he managed to rescue my hair! 10/10!

   Been a customer at Upper38 a few times now and was most pleased with my recent visit. I was booked with Amanda for a cut and styling and then a colour treatment and the results were astonishing. Amanda was amazing and her work is brilliant, made me feel like a new person. Very friendly and professional staff who know are obviously very skilled and passionate about their work. Will definitely visit time and time again and recommend to my friends.

   Daniel cut my hair today I had a really great experience start to finish. Booking was easy via email and they had next day availability. I had a great haircut - Daniel was really friendly and clearly has loads of experience. He knows a lot about hair and scalp health and gave me some good recommendations. It was also excellent value. I'm so pleased with my haircut and will definitely be back - thank you Daniel!

   this was the first time i’d had someone different cut my hair and it was perfect. lewis coleman was so nice and funny and my hair looks soooo good. all the staff were super bubbly and smiley and i felt really welcomed. this will be my regular now :) thank u !!
