I have been going to Cathy since 2021 for laser hair removal. I was super nervous the first time, but was made to feel at ease and the skin test and consent forms were all explained and done in great detail. Since then I have started other treatments/areas and wouldn't dream of going anywhere else. Cathy and Shannon are just fab! They provide such a warm and friendly environment but don't ever compromise on professionalism. I was made to feel so relaxed in my consultation, Cathy even happily told me I didn't need certain treatments which I think speaks wonders about their ethos!
