    Uncomfortable and unprofessional experience I recently moved to Plymouth and booked my first laser session with this clinic due to limited options. Unfortunately, the experience was very uncomfortable and unprofessional. The practitioner did not leave the room while I was asked to undress, the lights were fully on, and I was not given anything to cover myself. For a treatment that already requires sensitivity and respect for privacy, this made the experience embarrassing and distressing. Having previously attended Therapy Clinic, I can clearly see the difference in professionalism and patient care. Due to this experience, I would not return and would prefer to travel elsewhere for treatment

    Has left me with more hair than before. Pale olive skin, dark brown hair. I've done between 10 and 15 full body laser hair removal sessions here and I've ended up with more hair which is obviously distressing. I kept being told to buy more and more and keep going. Massively waste of money in the 4 figures. I previously had laser at a more expensive clinic with a medically trained practitioner for a small specific area and that has worked incredibly well. Wanted to treat full body which was too expensive there so took a risk and changed to this clinic and worst decision I could have ever made. Also had treatment for a small vascular vein which returned repeatedly after again being told I needed more sessions and then finally being told it wouldn't work for me.

    Five star service from to start to finish. The clinic is centrally located in Plymouth, Drake circus shopping centre. The clinic is always very clean and well maintained, and the staff are friendly and knowledgeable. Anca is very welcoming, and professional. I was very nervous the first time, however, Anca reassured me throughout the treatment, making sure I was conformable, talking me through it. Lamara is wonderful as always as well, she has done my daughter’s underarm laser treatments, with 8 sessions so far and the results are fantastic. I'm actually shocked at how quickly the growth has reduced. I would recommend Plymouth laser clinics to anyone looking for a permanent hair removal solution. The prices are okay especially if you managed to book the bulky ones 6+ treatments, and they have offers as well!

    I’ve been coming to see Holly at Laser Clinic for a while now for Male Botox. Yes we want it too! I was getting down about constant lines in my head and around my eyes. Feeling rather weathered before my time! Being a man, this isn’t the most comfortable thing to admit wanting. From my first visit Holly actually made me aware I’m not the first or last and it’s actually very common for males to have it these days! Who knew!! She talked me though the whole procedure, what it does, how it works etc. It was great to know she has a very impressive medically trained background which gives you reassurance you won’t run the risk of infections or other bad reactions (frequently seen from those with little or no experience popping up trading all over Devon) I will keep going back to use Holly, when it comes to your body, I wouldn’t want anything other than a professional best, friendly atmosphere and high standards.

    I have had 3 x Hydrafacials in the clinic now, and 1 x microdermabrasion treatment. Each of the girls were lovely and friendly during treatment and made me feel super relaxed! My skin felt lovely afterwards. The LED lights at the end were also really relaxing. Thank you so much!
